Healthy eating promotes good physical health and mental health. For the last few months I have been drinking more water. I have eliminated sodas and candies from my diet. I eat smaller portions. Rarely do I fry food. I drink Green Tea now. So far, I have lost 10 lbs.

Tonight I am cooking salmon, asparagus, broccoli and my own special seasoned rice.

Normally I will not re-post things. But this has a truth to it that I think should be heard. So I apologize if you were on my other profile and saw this same post.
